McMenamins Grand Lodge Wedding: Beth & Steve

I've been looking forward to Beth & Steve's wedding since the day that I met them & Beth told me that she was going to be Mrs. Arrowsmith! I had such a fun time with them during their engagement shoot - I couldn't wait to get to be a part of their wedding and see all of their wedding day plans come together!

I normally don't like to interrupt wedding day stories and photos with discussion of vendors, but Chelsea of Dream Team Events LLC did such a beyond amazing job that I have to stop and say something. She arranged bouquets, fixed wedding dress glitches, tied dress bows, kept everyone organized and on schedule, somehow managed to set up all of the details and make the reception room look SO lovely - and when she was done with all of that and the reception was running smoothly, she even made it out on the dance floor for a dance or two. Seriously. Amazing. Thank you, Chelsea, for being so wonderful to work with!

I got to join Alyssa & her family for a really fun (and CRAZY-foggy!) morning on the Oregon Coast. Her dad is SUPER-friendly. (He totally reminds me of my mom in that way). He seems like he could make friends with just about anyone. :)
When I met up with Alyssa, she was pretty excited about her new job. And I could totally see why. She has one of the coolest high school jobs ever! She's a fashion blogger for one of my favorite stores, Nordstrom. Check out her fashion tips here!
Thank you for such a fun morning, Becker Family! It was great meeting all of you!!

Oh! Also! I learned a VERY handy hair tip from Alyssa & her Mama on shoot day: hairspray on a comb, then gently run it over the top of your head = no more flyaways and no helmet hairspray hair! BRILLIANT!
